I am all about delicious, nutritous and EASY meals. I was married until 2008 when i lost my husband, of 23 years, to cancer. HE was the gourmet cook, I was more of a Comfort Food - Casserole type of cook. I went vegetarian for 3 years following my husband\'s death, but recently returned to meat after moving into an apt. attached to my sisters home in VA. My bro-in-law is an avid hunter and a great cook, too - as is my sister. I eat well, though not as healthy as i would like. I want to introduce my sister and her husband to meals weighted more heavily (lightly?) on veges. They keep a phenomenal vegetable garden that i will begin helping to maintain this year. In my profile pic i am the one in the hat. Bon Appetit!
